Die Nachricht wurde k\u00fcrzlich bekannt, und leider ist sie wahr! A in den sozialen Medien<\/a> Die Schlie\u00dfung eines trendigen Restaurants wurde bekannt gegeben!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Es scheint, dass das kultige Restaurant, das seit vielen Jahren besteht, nicht in der Lage war, mit den Schwierigkeiten der letzten Jahre fertig zu werden. Diese Schlie\u00dfung ist nicht nur das Ende eines einfachen Restaurants, nicht nur ein weiteres Opfer der wirtschaftlichen Lage oder der Pandemie. Die K\u00fcche von KisB\u00edr\u00f3 ist seit vielen Jahren eine feste Gr\u00f6\u00dfe in der ungarischen Gastronomie, Lajos B\u00edr\u00f3<\/strong> gef\u00fchrt. Ihm werden viele Innovationen und besondere Gerichte zugeschrieben, die noch heute die ungarische K\u00fcche pr\u00e4gen. Er arbeitete im Wolga-Hotel und im Olimpia-Hotel, in der amerikanischen Botschaft, und w\u00e4hrend seiner Zeit dort f\u00fchrte er viele der Zutaten f\u00fcr die ungarische K\u00fcche ein. in unserem Land<\/a>. Er war der erste, der die chinesische Gastronomie im Red Dragon Chinese Restaurant einf\u00fchrte, und leitete dann bis 2007 die K\u00fcche des Museumscaf\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

Im Jahr 2013 wurde das Restaurant im Kisb\u00edr\u00f3hoz er\u00f6ffnet, das nun zum Leidwesen vieler geschlossen werden soll. Vor kurzem haben die ungarischen Gastronomen und Fachleute mit Freude erfahren, dass die K\u00fcche des Restaurants von D\u00e1niel B\u00edr\u00f3, dem Sohn von Lajos B\u00edr\u00f3, \u00fcbernommen wird. W\u00e4hrend seines langen Auslandsaufenthalts hat er die Gastronomie studiert und in verschiedenen Lokalen gearbeitet, bevor er das Restaurant \u00fcbernahm. Leider konnten wir diese Neuerung nicht lange genie\u00dfen, obwohl es eine alte, aber neue Bereicherung der Budaer Gastroszene h\u00e4tte werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n

In der K\u00fcche von D\u00e1niel B\u00edr\u00f3<\/strong> k\u00f6nnen Sie gro\u00dfartige Gerichte probieren wie franz\u00f6sische Lauchsuppe mit fermentierten Tomaten, eine Essig-Cocktailtomate mit ein wenig Fermentation; Lauchsuppe mit Soja, Honig, Zitronensenfk\u00f6rnern, Basilikum-Koriander\u00f6l und ein wenig Kaviar. Oder konfierter und dann gebratener Blumenkohl mit etwas Tintenfischtinte, braunem Butter-Hollandaise-Espuma-Schaum, \u00fcbergossen mit Basilikum\u00f6l. Wir hoffen, bald zu erfahren, wo wir seine fantastischen Gerichte kennenlernen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n
