Neben der Qualit\u00e4t der Zutaten lohnt es sich auch, auf die Temperatur des Fleisches zu achten, um das perfekte Steak zu bekommen!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"cimsor1\"><span class=\"cimsor2\">Zutaten:<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmetmarket.hu\/product\/202227\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Rinderlendensteaks<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmetmarket.hu\/product\/101013\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Knoblauch<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salz<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bors<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Frischer Thymian<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmetmarket.hu\/product\/197902\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Oliven\u00f6l<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"cimsor1\"><span class=\"cimsor2\">Zubereiten der Lendensteaks:<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Es ist wichtig, dass das Fleisch Zimmertemperatur hat, also etwa 1 Stunde vor der Zubereitung aus dem K\u00fchlschrank nehmen. Die gew\u00fcrzte <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.matusz-vad.hu\/de\/marha-hatszin-recept\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">R\u00fcckensehne<\/a> Schneiden Sie das Fett an den Seiten nicht ab, da dies zu einem zarteren Steak beitr\u00e4gt. <br>Erhitzen Sie die Pfanne auf gro\u00dfer Flamme. Die Oberfl\u00e4che des Fleisches ein\u00f6len, kurz vor dem Braten salzen und pfeffern - nicht vorher! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Braten Sie das Fleisch maximal 1-1 Minute pro Seite. Es ist wichtig, sie nicht zu bewegen und vor allem nicht einzustechen! Lassen Sie eine d\u00fcnne Kruste entstehen. Dann mit einer <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.matusz-vad.hu\/de\/a-grillezes-nem-szezonfuggo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">mit Grillrost <\/a>Auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes Backblech legen und im Ofen bei 180 Grad 4-6 Minuten backen. Nach Ablauf der Zeit aus dem Ofen nehmen und ruhen lassen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Pfanne, in der das Fleisch gebraten wurde, wieder auf den Herd stellen, zwei oder drei W\u00fcrfel Butter hinzugeben und warten, bis sie aufsch\u00e4umt, dann den zerdr\u00fcckten Knoblauch und den frischen Knoblauch hinzugeben. <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.matusz-vad.hu\/de\/kardhal-steak-kakukkfuves-ujburgonyaval\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Kuckucksgras<\/a>. Die Rippchen mit der sch\u00e4umenden Butter betr\u00e4ufeln, bis die Butter gebr\u00e4unt ist und nussig duftet.
