Dann den ger\u00e4ucherten Speck entfernen, da dieser f\u00fcr den Geschmack hinzugef\u00fcgt wird. Anschlie\u00dfend durch ein grobmaschiges Sieb abseihen, um eine dicke Br\u00fche zu erhalten.
