Eine wirklich einfache, leicht s\u00e4uerliche, aber dennoch s\u00fc\u00dfe Himbeer-Glascreme, die an schw\u00fclen Sommertagen als lebensrettende Erfrischung dienen kann. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zutaten: <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Himbeere 30 dkg<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Naturjoghurt 4 dl<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kristallzucker 10 dkg<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wasser 1 dl<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pektin 6 g<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vorbereitung: <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

P\u00fcrieren Sie die Himbeeren und den Zucker und l\u00f6sen Sie das Pektin in Wasser auf. Dann brauchst du zwei kleine T\u00f6pfchen. In einen gibst du das Himbeerp\u00fcree, in den anderen den Joghurt. In jedes dieser Gef\u00e4\u00dfe geben Sie das aufgel\u00f6ste Pektin und erhitzen es unter leichtem R\u00fchren auf kleiner Flamme, bis es eine Temperatur von etwa 80 Grad Celsius erreicht hat. Danach wird die entstandene Creme auf die H\u00e4lfte abgek\u00fchlt, um den Gelierprozess in Gang zu setzen, und in Gl\u00e4ser abgef\u00fcllt. Unten den Joghurt, oben das Himbeerp\u00fcree und wieder oben den Joghurt einf\u00fcllen. Die fertige Creme 3 Stunden lang in den K\u00fchlschrank stellen und nach dem Auftauen mit einem L\u00f6ffel \u00fcber die Creme geben. Vor dem Verzehr k\u00f6nnen Sie frische Himbeeren, Waldfr\u00fcchte oder eine beliebige M\u00fcslisorte dar\u00fcber streuen, so dass Sie das moderne Knusperelement in Ihrer Himbeermarmelade haben. #<\/p>\n
