K\u00fcrzlich wurde ein neuer Michelin-Stern-Rekord aufgestellt, aber es stellt sich die Frage, was genau der Sinn solcher Herausforderungen ist.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ein 34-j\u00e4hriger junger Mann, Eric Finkelstein, brachte den Stein ins Rollen: An einem Tag a\u00df er die meisten Michelin-Sterne <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.matusz-vad.hu\/de\/michelin-csillag-titkai\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Restaurant<\/a>. Heute, wo die Menschheit endlich zu begreifen beginnt, wie wichtig es ist, den Planeten nicht buchst\u00e4blich zu verbrennen, damit die Generation von morgen saubere B\u00f6den, Trinkwasser und Lebensmittel haben kann, ist es da nicht die beste Unterhaltung f\u00fcr Wohlfahrtsgesellschaften, was wir in wenigen Minuten verschlingen k\u00f6nnen? Wir w\u00fcrden diese Frage offen lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nat\u00fcrlich durchdringt die \u201eEs war einmal\u201d-Mentalit\u00e4t unser t\u00e4gliches Leben. Im Grunde genommen ist es das, was Eric Finkelstein so schnell wie m\u00f6glich in m\u00f6glichst vielen Sternerestaurants essen will.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"cimsor1\"><span class=\"cimsor2\">Fast Food und ein Michelin-Stern-Erlebnis<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Viele von Ihnen haben sich vielleicht die Frage gestellt: Wird das Erlebnis eines Michelin-Stern-Restaurants nicht durch die Eile und das Tempo erdr\u00fcckt? Diese Restaurants bieten eine Alternative zum allt\u00e4glichen, oft eiligen Essen und zum Verzehr minderwertiger Speisen. Die Richtlinien des Michelin-F\u00fchrers sind bekannt: Neben der Qualit\u00e4t der Speisen und Zutaten werden auch die Atmosph\u00e4re und das Ambiente der Restaurants sowie die Philosophie der K\u00fcche bewertet. Ein Michelin-Stern wird an Restaurants vergeben, in denen wir Erfahrungen machen, die \u00fcber unsere biologischen Bed\u00fcrfnisse hinausgehen. Ohne Hektik, ohne Eile, mit mehr Aufmerksamkeit und Pr\u00e4zision als \u00fcblich gegen\u00fcber dem Restaurantpersonal und mit dem Vergn\u00fcgen, ein au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnliches Erlebnis zu genie\u00dfen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dar\u00fcber hinaus stehen Sternek\u00f6che und -lokale f\u00fcr die Kunst der Essenszubereitung, die Kunst des Essens in jedem Detail, im Gegensatz zum minderwertigen Junkfood, das in der westlichen Welt allgegenw\u00e4rtig ist. Er sagt, er habe mehr als ein Jahr, insgesamt 14 Monate, damit verbracht, die Restaurantroute f\u00fcr den Rekordversuch zu planen. Etwa 80 Restaurants kamen in sein Visier, und sein Plan wurde durch die Tatsache erschwert, dass 20 Tage vor dem Rekordversuch vier Restaurants ihre Michelin-Sterne von ihrer geplanten Route verloren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Am 26. Oktober stellte er schlie\u00dflich in New York den Rekord auf, der Anfang dieses Jahres vom Guinness World Records offiziell anerkannt wurde. Er a\u00df in den meisten Restaurants mit Michelin-Sternen in 24 Stunden, insgesamt 18. Die Gesamtrechnung f\u00fcr den Ansturm belief sich auf 494 Dollar, ohne Trinkgeld. Statt zeit- und geldaufwendige Degustationsmen\u00fcs zu essen, k\u00f6nnte er also aus einer Auswahl von Restaurants w\u00e4hlen, die zus\u00e4tzlich zu den festen, mehrg\u00e4ngigen Degustationsmen\u00fcs einen einzelnen Gang anbieten - und dann weiterlaufen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Weltrekord wurde aufgestellt, aber wir sollten ihn nicht als Beispiel nehmen. Viele K\u00f6che und Gastronomen haben im Laufe der Jahre und Jahrzehnte gesagt, dass die Gastfreundschaft kein Wettstreit ist und dass es sich nicht lohnt, im Bannkreis der Michelin-Sterne zu leben. Schon gar nicht so, wie es der junge Mann des Rekordes getan hat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Quellen: <\/em><a
