Der internationale Hotelmanagement-Wettbewerb EMCup 2023, der am 12. und 13. Februar in Maastricht, Niederlande, stattfand, war ein ungarischer Erfolg.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Was ist EMCup<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n

Europas j\u00e4hrlicher Wettbewerb f\u00fcr Hotelfachschulen, der bereits seit 15 Jahren stattfindet ein prestigetr\u00e4chtiges Ereignis<\/a> hat sich entwickelt. Die teilnehmenden Sch\u00fcler repr\u00e4sentieren nicht nur ihre Schule und ihr Land, sondern auch ihren Beruf. Das Hauptaugenmerk liegt darauf, die Art und Weise, wie Dinge getan werden, mit ihren Ideen und innovativen Vorstellungen zu ver\u00e4ndern. Verpflegung<\/a> und Systeme des Hotelgewerbes. Ein wichtiger Schwerpunkt des Wettbewerbs ist die Vernetzung von Studenten und Fachleuten des Gastgewerbes. Jedes Jahr wird eine Reihe von Unternehmen in die EMCup-Business-Jury aufgenommen, um sicherzustellen, dass die Motivation und Innovation der teilnehmenden Studenten so schnell wie m\u00f6glich in die Praxis umgesetzt wird.<\/p>\n

15. EMCUp-Turnier ein Heimerfolg<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n

Das Team der Fakult\u00e4t f\u00fcr Handel, Gastgewerbe und Tourismus der Budapester Universit\u00e4t f\u00fcr Wirtschaft und Handel (BGE KVIK), der f\u00fchrenden Wirtschaftsuniversit\u00e4t in Ungarn mit 18 000 Studierenden, hat beim internationalen Hotelmanagement-Wettbewerb EMCup 2023 den f\u00fcnften Platz belegt. Das \u201ePioneers\u201d-Team der BGE gewann den 5. Platz und den Preis \u201eBest pitch-paper\u201d f\u00fcr die am besten entwickelte und pr\u00e4sentierte Idee bei dem mehrstufigen Wettbewerb, der am 12. und 13. Februar stattfand und an dem 28 renommierte Universit\u00e4ten aus 14 L\u00e4ndern teilnahmen. Das diesj\u00e4hrige Thema war \u201eBreak the Mould\u201d, wobei die Teams den Bereich w\u00e4hlen konnten, den sie entwickeln wollten innovative Ideen.<\/a><\/p>\n

Das \u201ePioneers\u201d-Team aus ungarischen KVIK-Studenten - Lili Orsz\u00e1g, Zs\u00f3fia Varga, Szonja T\u00f3bel und Hanna Bal\u00e1zs - war das einzige ungarische Team, das zum Wettbewerb eingeladen wurde. Ihre Mentoren, Kl\u00e1ra Karakasn\u00e9 Dr. Morvay, au\u00dferordentlicher Professor des Instituts f\u00fcr Gastgewerbe am BGE KVIK und R\u00f3bert Kov\u00e1cs, General Manager des Novotel Budapest Danube Hotel Cluster, halfen ihnen bei der Vorbereitung auf die Veranstaltung.<\/p>\n

Dr. Kl\u00e1ra Morvay<\/em><\/strong>, Associate Professor des Instituts f\u00fcr Gastgewerbe am BGE KVIK: \u201eWir sind stolz auf das Talent unserer begeisterten Studenten, da wir jedes Jahr bessere Ergebnisse erzielen. Der Sonderpreis \u201eBestes Pitch-Paper\u201d f\u00fcr die am besten entwickelte und pr\u00e4sentierte Idee und die hervorragende Platzierung beweisen auch, dass es sich lohnt, in der Ausbildung besonderen Wert auf Kommunikations-, Pr\u00e4sentations- und Diskussionsf\u00e4higkeiten zu legen.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

\u00dcber den Wettbewerb<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n

Dem Wettbewerb ging eine mehrmonatige Vorbereitungszeit voraus, in der das Team verschiedene Aufgaben zu bew\u00e4ltigen hatte: ein Vorstellungsvideo, eine Social-Media-Kampagne, ein kreativer Lebenslauf, ein Mapstell-Pers\u00f6nlichkeitstest, die Entwicklung einer Idee und deren Verfassen in Form eines wissenschaftlichen Artikels sowie ein dreimin\u00fctiger Elevator Pitch.<\/p>\n

Das diesj\u00e4hrige Thema lautete \u201eBreak the Mould\u201d. Die Idee war, die Form, die Gewohnheiten und die Systeme zu durchbrechen. In diesem Zusammenhang konnten die Teams selbst den Bereich w\u00e4hlen, in dem sie Ideen entwickeln wollten, die mit der Tradition brechen. Bei der Entwicklung der Marke ServeUout (Serve You Out) konzentrierte sich das BGE-Team auf die Frage, wie man den Hotelbetrieb (z. B. Housekeeping, Wartung, IT, K\u00fcche) wie man Einnahmen erzielt.<\/a> Die hervorgehobenen Bereiche sind diejenigen, die auf der Ausgabenseite des Hotellebens am sichtbarsten sind. Ihre Ideen k\u00f6nnen auch in diesen Bereichen zur Rentabilit\u00e4t beitragen. Sie haben auch L\u00f6sungen gefunden, um diese Bereiche den Anwohnern anzubieten.<\/p>\n

Das vom BGE KVIK-Team erzielte Ergebnis ist auch ein Verdienst der nationalen Ausbildung. Wir k\u00f6nnen sicher sein, dass die t\u00fcchtigen Fachleute, durch die zuk\u00fcnftige Gastfreundschaft,<\/a> und der Tourismus kann in guten H\u00e4nden sein.\u00a0<\/p>
