Salz, Pfeffer, frisch gepressten Zitronensaft und gehackte Petersilie hinzuf\u00fcgen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nach 3-4 Minuten die kalte, gew\u00fcrfelte Butter hinzuf\u00fcgen und den Wein und die Br\u00fche unter den Muscheln zu einer Sauce verarbeiten.
