All das ist Teil des V<strong>Occal Rock Bistro.<\/strong> Noch vor Ausbruch der Pandemie er\u00f6ffnete das Lokal im 11. Bezirk, in der L\u00e1gym\u00e1nyosi u 19. Der bekannte Chefkoch, <strong>Imre Skinner,<\/strong> der f\u00fcr seinen einzigartigen Stil bekannt geworden ist, ist seit Jahren auf der nationalen B\u00fchne pr\u00e4sent <a href=\"https:\/\/shop.matusz-vad.hu\/hu\/\">in der Welt der Gastronomie<\/a>. Aber seine Karriere begann schon viel fr\u00fcher. Was haben Sie gemacht, bevor Sie Gastgeber wurden? <\/strong><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>Meine Geschichte ist recht interessant. Ich komme aus Ecsegfalva, im Tiefland. Es war ein wirklich kleines, abgelegenes Dorf, in dem die meisten Menschen entweder von der Landwirtschaft oder der Viehzucht lebten. Aber das hat mich nicht besonders interessiert. Also fing ich an, mit ein paar Freunden Musik zu machen. Nach einer Weile wurde die Band Garden of Eden gegr\u00fcndet, mit der wir tats\u00e4chlich Erfolg hatten. Das Leben eines Rockstars hat viele Extreme, es ist nicht sehr familienfreundlich, also habe ich eine Entscheidung getroffen. Dann dachte ich, ich werde das tun, was ich schon als Kind tun wollte. Und das war Kochen! Meine Mutter war K\u00f6chin, also wurde ich in diese Welt hineingeboren. Von den Spitzenrestaurants bis zu den einfachen Restaurants, vom Stra\u00dfenessen bis zu den Gro\u00dfk\u00fcchen. Um nur ein Beispiel zu nennen: Budapest Party Service, 1552 in Eger, Olimpia Restaurant, Bestia, Babel. Es besteht kein Zweifel, dass all dies notwendig war, um Koch und jetzt Restaurantbesitzer zu werden. Aber ich wei\u00df auch, dass ich noch viel lernen muss. Unser Beruf ist so, dass man nie aufh\u00f6ren und sich nie ausruhen kann. Es gibt immer etwas zu lernen. Man braucht Demut, Liebe und muss in vielen F\u00e4llen die Monotonie ertragen. Es war ein kleines Gourmet-Restaurant mit 15-20 Pl\u00e4tzen. Es hat sich schnell durchgesetzt, denn es war ein einzigartiges Konzept. Und es funktionierte, denn kurz nach der Er\u00f6ffnung gewannen wir den Preis \u201cBester Gourmet-Burger in Budapest\u201d. Leider waren wir gezwungen zu schlie\u00dfen. Dann kam das <strong>Caf\u00e9 Delion Bistro -<\/strong> Dort konnte ich aufsteigen und mich verwirklichen. Ich habe eine K\u00fcche geschaffen, die wirklich ich ist, die mich widerspiegelt, eine Art Guerillak\u00fcche. Wir kombinierten Eleganz mit trickreichem Servieren und unvergesslichen Geschmackserlebnissen. Als das Lokal wieder in Betrieb war, griff das Leben, oder besser gesagt die lokale Regierung, wieder ein. Ich habe viel gegr\u00fcbelt und \u00fcberlegt, was ich als N\u00e4chstes tun soll. Ich habe zwei Restaurants aufgebaut und bin in der \u00d6ffentlichkeit und in der Branche anerkannt. Eigentlich wurde ich als Koch von da an gez\u00e4hlt. Aber dann habe ich wieder eine Entscheidung getroffen. Ich wollte weitermachen, nicht nur als K\u00fcchenchef, sondern auch als Inhaber arbeiten. Was mich motivierte, war mein Traum, Rockmusik und Gastronomie zu verbinden - denn ich bin beides. Das Ergebnis war das Vocal Rock Bistro. Nat\u00fcrlich war es nicht einfach, den Ort zu finden und alles zu managen, aber ich habe es geschafft. Es hat viel Arbeit und schlaflose N\u00e4chte gekostet. Ich hatte das Gl\u00fcck, dass meine Frau immer an meiner Seite war und 100% in das Projekt steckte. Wenn ich einen Song schreibe, bewege ich die gleichen Neuronen in meinem Gehirn, wie wenn ich ein neues Gericht zubereite. Das Rohmaterial sind die Melodien, die Kl\u00e4nge, die wir sch\u00f6n zu einer Melodie, einem Gericht, wenn Sie so wollen, zusammensetzen. Das ist eine sehr kreative Sache. Ich vergleiche es auch mit dem Songwriting. Wir wissen, was wir f\u00fchlen, wir f\u00fcgen die Zutaten hinzu, das Know-how, und bevor etwas fertig ist, wissen wir, wie es aussehen wird. A <span style=\"color: #00ccff;\"><a style=\"color: #00ccff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/vokalrockbistro\">Vocal Rock Bistro<\/a><\/span> ist wie eine B\u00fchne, mit den richtigen visuellen Elementen, deren Gesamteffekt die Atmosph\u00e4re des Essens unterstreicht. Das ist der Grund, warum die Leute uns lieben. Es ist eine sehr entspannte, fast schon rockige Kneipenatmosph\u00e4re, wo man reinkommen, etwas trinken und der Musik zuh\u00f6ren kann. Die Pandemie hat jeden innerhalb und au\u00dferhalb des Berufsstandes hart getroffen. Wir haben uns bedeckt gehalten, wir haben mitgenommen und geliefert. Es war eine sehr schwierige Zeit. Ich denke, sie hat auch die Bed\u00fcrfnisse der Menschen grundlegend beeinflusst. Sicherlich tendiert das Gleichgewicht nach einer langen Zeit in Richtung Qualit\u00e4tslebensmittel, aber es gibt eine sehr starke Pr\u00e4senz der Erschwinglichkeit auf dem Markt. Deshalb halte ich klassische Lebensmittel f\u00fcr wichtig, es muss nicht alles verdreht werden, manches ist gut so, wie es ist. Andererseits kann man dank der modernen K\u00fcchentechnik vieles einfacher machen. Man muss das ohnehin schon gew\u00f6hnliche Essen aktualisieren, spektakul\u00e4r pr\u00e4sentieren, brutal gut schmecken. Ich denke da an eine Eiersuppe, eine Eiernudel, ein H\u00fchnerpaprikasch oder ein klassisches Steak Budapest. Wie l\u00f6sen Sie diese Probleme?<\/strong><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>Die Arbeit ist am schwierigsten. Leider gibt es nur sehr wenige gute Fachkr\u00e4fte, und die jungen Leute kommen und gehen. Mit einem Wort, auch damit haben wir st\u00e4ndig zu k\u00e4mpfen. Aber jetzt habe ich Gl\u00fcck, denn ich habe meinen Assistenzkoch gefunden, <strong>Gergely Pirbusz, <\/strong>der die Vocal-K\u00fcche fast f\u00fcr mich f\u00fchren kann, und zwar so, wie es meinem Geschmack entspricht. Gl\u00fccklicherweise gibt es keine Probleme mit den Zutaten, da ich seit vielen Jahren mit denselben Lieferanten zusammenarbeite. Da uns die Qualit\u00e4t sehr wichtig ist, achten wir darauf, dass alles frisch ist oder von einem zuverl\u00e4ssigen Lieferanten wie MATUS-Vad kommt, auf den man sich immer verlassen kann.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-6581 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.matusz-vad.hu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/DSC00569.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"759\" height=\"506\"><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h5><strong>Sie haben das Bistro k\u00fcrzlich um einen Food Truck und eine trendige BBQ-Linie erweitert. K\u00f6nnen Sie uns ein wenig dar\u00fcber erz\u00e4hlen? <\/strong><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>Ich muss sagen, obwohl ich BBQ liebe und gerne mit Fleisch zu tun habe, war das ein notwendiger Schritt. Alles begann wegen COVID. Leider sind wir mit der Angst, die immer noch in den Menschen steckt, und den wenigen Touristen weit von dem Verkehr entfernt, den wir fr\u00fcher hatten. Lustigerweise kommen die G\u00e4ste nicht zu uns, sondern wir zu den G\u00e4sten! Der Vokal Food Truck ist ein weiteres Standbein des Unternehmens.
