November 2021. Der Notar meldet dem Betreiber des NTAK diejenigen Gastronomiebetriebe, die zur Verwendung einer Gastronomiesoftware verpflichtet sind, diese aber nicht besitzen, oder bei der amtlichen Kontrolle festgestellt wird, dass sie nicht im NTAK eingetragen sind oder ihre Datenmeldepflichten gem\u00e4\u00df der Regierungsverordnung Nr. 235\/2019 (X. 15.) vom 15.
