Dies ist eine der Spezialit\u00e4ten des Gasthauses Little Tyrol in Budapest, im Gartenviertel des 16. Sie werden von diesem Gericht nicht entt\u00e4uscht sein, denn es wurde schon tausende Male zubereitet. Jetzt verraten wir das Rezept und das Geheimnis! <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"cimsor1\"><span class=\"cimsor2\">Zubereitung der bayerischen Keule<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Die wirklich gute bayerische Hinterhand <a href=\"https:\/\/shop.matusz-vad.hu\/hu\/tag\/6495?utm_source=blog&amp;utm_medium=termek&amp;utm_campaign=Az_igazi_bajor_csulok_sutese+\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">von Schinken<\/a> das in 10% Kochsalzl\u00f6sung gelegt wird, um es fast vollst\u00e4ndig zu bedecken. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zwiebel, Lorbeerblatt und ganze Paprika in die Marinade geben. Vor dem Garen mindestens 24 Stunden marinieren. Dann die Keule ohne Marinade auf ein Backblech legen.
