In Butter glasig d\u00fcnsten, dann eine zerdr\u00fcckte Knoblauchzehe hinzuf\u00fcgen. Wenn die Zwiebel und der Knoblauch gebr\u00e4unt sind, die Pastinakenw\u00fcrfel \u00fcber die Pastinakencreme gie\u00dfen. Mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen, warten, bis das Wasser etwas verdunstet ist und mit 20% Sahne auff\u00fcllen.
