No romance or favourite catch is a secret on social media these days. We've found out what stars and celebrities love and what food lovers use in their dishes.

A goat cheese is what has been the flagship of the commodities in the last year or two. There's almost no dish that it doesn't jazz up, flavour, colour and add substance. It's just as at home on top of quick pastas as it is on top of sweet plum jam or grilled melon, and on top of classic tossed salads. It's become fashionable to eat goat cheese today, but it's one of the better fads because it's healthy and delicious at the same time!

Who are the stars who eat goat cheese?

It could go on and on, but some well-known actors, models and world travellers are always offering a cheesy dish in their recent posts, where they “just pop out” a portion of creamy goat cheese. But where would we get it, and why would we have a piece of goat cheese in our fridge at all times? We don't know the answer to that question exactly, but we do know how we get it. It's worth noting here that goat's cheese is perfectly freezable in small portions, so all we have to do is pull out a new packet at the beginning of the week.

All you need is roasted vegetables and a portion of goat cheese, toasted oil seeds, a few drops of cold-pressed oil and you have the perfect lunch. Okay, a thick slice of toasted sourdough bread would be nice on the side. So, the pairing is no coincidence, because the light, vitamin-rich vegetables go well with the soft and protein-rich goat's cheese, which is not a bad thing for dieters. It's filling, nutritious and can be eaten for dinner, not to mention very simple.

Did you know? Goat's cheese tastes slightly tart, but with a pleasantly sweet aftertaste at the end and a medium saltiness. There is also a slight acidity from the lactic acid bacteria, which makes it enough to flavour the whole dish.

Lose weight with goat cheese!

No joke, it can really happen, because goat cheese is the right raw material. Let's see what's in it!

The fat content of goat's cheese is much lower than cow's cheese, which means that it contains 6.9 grams of saturated fatty acids, compared to 28 grams for cow's cheese. It is therefore much easier to digest and passes through the body more quickly. For those who want to gain lean muscle mass, it is also a good choice because it is high in protein, which nourishes the beautiful nerve fibres. All this is good because it not only nourishes you, but also prevents diabetes and improves insulin resistance. Goats are herbivores, yet goat's milk contains more vitamins than cow's milk. It is rich in vitamins A and K, as well as folic acid and niacin. Goat's milk is often given to young children as a daily drink for bone development, and girls drink it regularly to regulate hormone levels.#
