Here's the secret! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/shop.matusz-vad.hu\/hu\/tag\/6915\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Raw materials<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><h3 class=\"cimsor1\"><span class=\"cimsor2\">These are the rules for cooking steaks: <\/span><\/h3><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Do not shake the pan and cook a little meat at a time to keep the temperature high<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use oil and butter for frying<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt and pepper before baking<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remove from the fridge 1-2 hours before use<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Always fry the crust on the meat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not pierce the steak, use food tongs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Never miss a rest<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fry in a steel or cast iron pan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Always keep the pan hot <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Steaks don't have to be hot, eat them warm<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cut with a sharp knife with a smooth blade, perpendicular to the grain<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><h3 class=\"cimsor1\"><span class=\"cimsor2\">Ingredients:<\/span><\/h3><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/shop.matusz-vad.hu\/hu\/search?search=rib\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Rib-eye steak<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/shop.matusz-vad.hu\/hu\/product\/olivaolaj-extra-szuz-monterreal-pet\/197902\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Olive oil<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/shop.matusz-vad.hu\/hu\/product\/202567\/202567?s=bors\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Bors<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/shop.matusz-vad.hu\/hu\/product\/egesz_fokhagyma_darta\/101013\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Garlic<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Thyme<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vaj<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"cimsor1\"><span class=\"cimsor2\">Preparing the steak:<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Take the beef out of the fridge at least an hour before cooking to allow it to warm through slightly, not chill! Heat the pan over high heat and add a splash of olive oil. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt and pepper the meat before cooking. When smoking, place the steak on top and fry for a minute on each side. Then <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.matusz-vad.hu\/en\/egy-tepsi-street-food\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tepsire<\/a> is placed in the <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.matusz-vad.hu\/en\/tenyesztett-hus\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">steaks<\/a>, and bake in a 180 degree oven for 4-6 minutes. When the time is up, remove from the oven and leave to rest. During this time, the meat juices will redistribute, leaving the meat tender and juicy.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Put the pan in which the meat was cooked back on the fire, throw in two or three cubes of butter, wait for it to foam, then add a few cloves of garlic crushed with the peel and fresh <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.matusz-vad.hu\/en\/kardhal-steak-kakukkfuves-ujburgonyaval\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">cuckoo grass<\/a>.
