The guest chef of this month's issue of print Panorama was M\u00e1ty\u00e1s Szik Szik, who has won the national championship of the Hungarian Sommelier Association three times in recent years, thus becoming the perpetual champion. M\u00e1ty\u00e1s - as a regular barbecue enthusiast - was asked by our editorial team to test BENS\u2019 crabs on an OFYR oven and to recommend a matching wine.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

M\u00e1ty\u00e1s Szik is no stranger to gastronomy; the gentleman has triumphed three times in the most prestigious domestic championship of his profession, and is now entitled to wear the title of \u201ePerpetual Champion Sommelier\u201d for the rest of his life. Whenever time permits, M\u00e1ty\u00e1s enjoys the art of grilling, and he always gets his ingredients from the Matusz-Vad webshop.
