Gourmet snacks, aged meat specialities, cocktails, ice cream delights, delicious wines, robot waiters, state-of-the-art kitchen technology, air disinfectants that eliminate the Covid-19 virus, cash and contactless cash registers.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

These are just some of the things that await us for two more days at Sirha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of the most successful stands at the exhibition was the Kot\u00e1nyi food and cocktail tasting. Here, both the sights and the tastes competed with each other.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And who would have thought that cocktails could be so enriched by spices, even those we usually use with meat! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Among the technical innovations, you'll be amazed at the dexterity of the serving robots, which not only communicate in 24 languages, but can even sing a birthday song while delivering the cake to the table and winking their cat eyes at the guests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Future Store, the store of the future, was presented during a guided tour lasting over an hour. It included the usual airport access control system, automatic pastry dispensers and storage, air purifiers, cashless checkouts, thousands of new shelves and storage packaging systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We were also able to see the latest kitchen equipment and the curiosity of the restaurant fridge, which is an energy class A. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Environmentally conscious and compliant degreasing drains and equipment that can successfully keep even the busiest restaurant kitchens clean. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

And of course you could also taste many delicacies! In Building G, Italian ice cream and sweets dazzled our taste buds and our eyes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Even for those who love fine wines, the choice was difficult!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And no one could resist the cured ham and cold cuts made from wild boar rump!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tomorrow, Sirha continues with the European finals of the Bocuse d'Or cooking competition and a number of competitions, where three hundred exhibitors from 16 countries will present their products on around 30,000 square metres.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Among others, there will be the Sirha Dessert Competition, the Public Catering Competition, a confectionery and bakery show, a professional conference and the Hungarian Wine Summit, which will be organised for the first time this year and will be attended by one hundred international wine experts and seventy Hungarian winemakers.#
