Strawberry season is just a matter of days away. Strawberries are a common favourite of Hungarian and foreign guests, and many people don't even know what a great source of vitamins they are for our bodies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The perfect summer dessert: yoghurt and strawberries<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

An unbeatable pairing of light yet rich tart yoghurt on a soft sponge cake topped with sweet, spicy red-red strawberries. All the evidence and research suggests that yoghurt should be eaten all year round, and strawberries in season, because they have been shown to have a positive effect.
Let's look at the specifics! The recommended intake of strawberries is 15-25 dkg of fresh strawberries per day. If you consume this sweet little red treat regularly, i.e. daily, for 1.5-2 months, researchers have shown that it can also help to repair inflammation and back inflammation in your body. Yoghurt is even more effective. Mechnikov, a Russian biologist, was awarded the Nobel Prize for proving that the bacteria in yoghurt and kefir have such a powerful beneficial effect on the body that they have been shown to extend the lifespan of mountain people whose diets included a large proportion of yoghurt. In other words, the live bacteria in yoghurt prevent the bad bacteria in the body from multiplying, i.e. they prevent our bodies from breaking down.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
