Of course, it's the time of year when good juicy beef takes the cake, but if you're we've got our heads in the oven<\/a>, not to be missed is the wonderful Greenland halibut!<\/p>\n

There are many advantages to grilling halibut. First of all, you don't need very much of it, so you can prepare fully cooked dishes relatively quickly. Importantly, there is no need for the seasoning we are used to, as the flavour of the fatty flesh is perfect in itself. Simple and great<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Prepare your barbecue by leaving it alone for a while if it is wood or coal fired. You will need medium heat to grill the fish. Drizzle the fish fillets with a little olive oil, but only by feel. Season the fillets with salt and pepper, and gently flatten them. This preparation should be ample and then place on the grid. It will take 4-5 minutes to cook, of course turn halfway through. When you notice that the edges of the fish are starting to brown slightly, be ready, wait another 10-20 seconds and remove from the grill. Serve with a drizzle of jam. Serve with a fresh salad as a garnish.<\/p>\n

It has been said many times that fish consumption in our country is far below average. And fish - whether freshwater or saltwater - is a great source of support for our bodies. It is particularly important in preventing mental illness, as it reduces the risk of developing dementia, Alzheimer's and stroke. Unsaturated fatty acids are most effective when fresh fish is consumed. This is clearly shown by the statistics, which show that high fish-consuming nations have lower rates of cardiovascular disease and longer life expectancy.<\/p>\n

Eating the flesh of halibut is an excellent way to detoxify the body. This is due to the high content of selenium, which can rid the blood of harmful substances by improving the condition of the liver.<\/p>\n
