COVID has hit the sector particularly hard, and the repercussions are still being felt today, and will probably be felt for many years to come, unfortunately. The demand for ready-to-cook products has therefore increased, and our company is doing its utmost to meet it.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today, there is practically no restaurant that is not looking for someone to fill a position. There are fewer hands in the kitchen, fewer feet on the floor, and generally fewer people doing more work in most restaurants. It's even harder to fill positions that require some kind of specialized skill, such as baker or pastry chef. In addition to the importance of ingredient proportions, the techniques and baking times for these products require extreme attention, not to mention time and manual dexterity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Continuing labour shortages, growing needs<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

In these times of scarcity, a few ready-to-use products that require as little specialised skills as possible can be worth their weight in gold. Fortunately, there is now a very wide range of products available to chefs, which not only make their work easier, but also a lot of energy and waste<\/a> and helps you work quickly and smoothly. This can be a huge help not only in preparing desserts, but also in cooking breakfast.
