Now I've brought you a seriously substantial recipe that's guaranteed to feed the whole gang! If you really want to take this dish to the top, make sure you cook it in a pot! <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading cimsor1\" id=\"h-hozzavalok\"><span class=\"cimsor2\">Ingredients:<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Deer shank 1kg<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmetmarket.hu\/product\/102899\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Smoked bacon<\/a> 20 dkg<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmetmarket.hu\/product\/198658\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Onions <\/a>20 dkg<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pork lard 40 g<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmetmarket.hu\/product\/101013\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Garlic<\/a> 10 g<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Paprika 15 g -<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt 30 g&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmetmarket.hu\/product\/101722\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ground cumin<\/a> 5 g<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ground black pepper 6 g&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tv paprika 10 dkg<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tomatoes 50 g<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Potatoes 60 dkg<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fresh parsley 1 bunch<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong peppers 1 pc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading cimsor1\" id=\"h-a-szarvasgulyas-elkeszitese\"><span class=\"cimsor2\">Preparing the deer goulash:<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Fry the finely diced bacon in the lard and set aside. Saut\u00e9 the finely chopped red onion in the remaining fat until golden brown. When this is done, add the diced tomatoes, peppers and crushed garlic, saut\u00e9 these too, then add the paprika to make a stew base. <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.matusz-vad.hu\/en\/szarvashusbol-mestermu-utmutato-a-tokeletes-etel-elkeszitesehez\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">We put in <\/a>the diced venison, the spices, and slowly braise in batches, browning under a lid to make a tasty stew. When the meat is almost tender, add the chopped potatoes and pour in enough water to cover the whole thing. Bring to the boil and fine-tune with the available seasonings if necessary.
