This makes your work much easier and allows you to prepare this dish very quickly.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients for 15 servings&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">For the sauce:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>400 g <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmetmarket.hu\/product\/198658?utm_source=Matusz_vad_Blog\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">onions <\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>60 g&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/gourmetmarket.hu\/product\/101013?utm_source=Matusz_vad_Blog\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">garlic<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1,5 kg <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmetmarket.hu\/product\/199733?utm_source=Matusz_vad_Blog\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">minced meat<\/a> (beef and\/or pork)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>400 g <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmetmarket.hu\/product\/100291?utm_source=Matusz_vad_Blog\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">carrots<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>200 g parsley root<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>800 g tomatoes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>600 g concentrated tomatoes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>200 g <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmetmarket.hu\/product\/197902?utm_source=Matusz_vad_Blog\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">olive oil<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>salt, pepper<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>fresh basil<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmetmarket.hu\/product\/102221?utm_source=Matusz_vad_Blog\">thyme<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">For the Bamel: <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>250 g <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmetmarket.hu\/product\/201783?utm_source=Matusz_vad_Blog\">vaj<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>200 g flour<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1500 ml milk<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>40 g salt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>10 g white pepper<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5 g ground nutmeg<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">For layering<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>4 tab<a href=\"https:\/\/gourmetmarket.hu\/product\/100286?utm_source=Matusz_vad_Blog\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> lasagne noodles<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1500 g <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmetmarket.hu\/product\/197349?utm_source=Matusz_vad_Blog\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">grated cheese<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparing the lasagneragu:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cut the vegetables into small cubes or grate them. Fry the onions in olive oil, then when the onions are translucent, add the carrots. Add a little water and simmer for 10 minutes. Then add the minced meat, brown and add the diced tomatoes. Add the concentrated tomatoes, season and simmer until the ingredients are tender.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-a-besamelmartas-elkeszitese\">Preparation of the b\u00e9chamel sauce:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Melt the butter, add the flour and fry until light brown, stirring constantly. Add the milk, stirring constantly, and mix until smooth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Layering:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Grease a 1\/1 GN and place a layer of lasagne noodles in it. Place a quarter of the b\u00e9chamel on top, then a third of the ragu.
