I recommend this recipe mainly to catering establishments, as our lasagne noodle sheet comes to you freshly shocked, frozen, in 1\/1 GN size sheets, in 10 kg cartons. This makes your work much easier and allows you to prepare this dish very quickly.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ingredients for 15 servings <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

For the sauce:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

400 g onions <\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

60 g garlic<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1,5 kg minced meat<\/a> (beef and\/or pork)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

400 g carrots<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

200 g parsley root<\/p>\n\n\n\n

800 g tomatoes<\/p>\n\n\n\n

600 g concentrated tomatoes<\/p>\n\n\n\n

200 g olive oil<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

salt, pepper<\/p>\n\n\n\n

fresh basil<\/p>\n\n\n\n

thyme<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the Bamel: <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

250 g vaj<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

200 g flour<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1500 ml milk<\/p>\n\n\n\n

40 g salt<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10 g white pepper<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5 g ground nutmeg<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For layering<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

4 tab lasagne noodles<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1500 g grated cheese<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Preparing the lasagneragu:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Cut the vegetables into small cubes or grate them. Fry the onions in olive oil, then when the onions are translucent, add the carrots. Add a little water and simmer for 10 minutes. Then add the minced meat, brown and add the diced tomatoes. Add the concentrated tomatoes, season and simmer until the ingredients are tender.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Preparation of the b\u00e9chamel sauce:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Melt the butter, add the flour and fry until light brown, stirring constantly. Add the milk, stirring constantly, and mix until smooth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Layering:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Grease a 1\/1 GN and place a layer of lasagne noodles in it. Place a quarter of the b\u00e9chamel on top, then a third of the ragu. Sprinkle with a quarter of the grated cheese, then the next layer of pasta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Repeat this until the fourth layer of dough has been laid down.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The last for pastry<\/a> pour over the remaining b\u00e9chamel, sprinkle generously with cheese and bake in a 180 degree oven for about 35 minutes.#<\/p>\n
