\u201cBear cheese is my friend!\u201d - has been a catchy slogan for decades. Some foods and ingredients stay with us for the rest of our lives. They bring a smile to our faces, they are part of our everyday lives and they are loved by people of all ages. Bear cheese is one of them, eaten on its own, spread on pastries, put in salads and even baked.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why do we love Bear cheese?<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The unique, inimitable taste and softness of Bear cheese has has long fascinated people<\/a>. Available in a wide range of varieties and flavours, there's something for everyone. There are funny anecdotes to be told and there is no doubt that the bundling of cheeses has made the number of people who love it even wider. Grated cheese is often found on the Sunday table, at festive meals and of course in restaurants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Although the image of fried cheese may have faded a little, it's not so cool to ask for it anymore, but it's still a true classic. Its huge advantage is that it's a happy meeting of two stories that everyone knows. Cheese and breading. We like them separately, but combining the two is an excellent gastronomic solution.
