At Matusz-Vad, whether a task is done is more important than when and where it is done. No one has to take half a day off work if the technician can come during the day or if there is only a 10 o'clock doctor's appointment. One day a week of home working can be requested on request and decided jointly by the head of the department and the staff. The company also tries to make the time spent in the office as pleasant as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That's why an Office Garden has been set up at the K\u0151b\u00e1nya site, which is free for anyone to use. It is an excellent place for quiet retreats, meetings, communal meals, but the fireplace has also been the epicentre of team-building cookouts and Friday lounges. After lunch, it's not uncommon to have an inter-class ping-pong or foosball match, followed by endless return rounds. This area is also under constant development. Every year, more and more flowers and ornamental plants find a home here, and the bees are kept busy by the fabulous lavender.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
