It works as a dipping sauce, as a sauce for meats, or even as a gift in a pretty jar with a pretty ribbon around it! <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"cimsor1 wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"cimsor2\">Ingredients for 6 250 ml bottles:<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>35 dkg shallots <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmetmarket.hu\/product\/101633\">2,5 kg plums<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 dkg brown sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 ml balsamic vinegar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 dkg fresh ginger<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 g ground cinnamon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 g ground cloves<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>25 g ground white pepper <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 g salt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 dkg coconut oil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"cimsor1 wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"cimsor2\">Preparing the plum chutney:<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Clean and chop the shallots and add to the <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.matusz-vad.hu\/en\/kokusztej\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">coconut chiron<\/a> start frying. When the onions are translucent, add the plums. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Grate the ginger on top, then add all your spices and seasonings. Cook over a slow heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens and loses about 60% of its volume. If you want a more homogeneous result, puree it with a stick blender while cooking. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can add freshly ground chilli pepper to taste, or if you want to be really gourmet, 5 cl plum brandy. For the latter, make sure to burn off the alcohol before adding it to the plums. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When ready, pour into sterilised jars while still hot and place in a dry container for 2
