It's all about simplicity and making it as quick as possible! It doesn't matter how many hours a kilowatt-hour fryer goes for when cooking a pork shank, so here's a lightning-fast version!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"cimsor1 wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"cimsor2\">Ingredients for 4 people:<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>4 pieces <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmetmarket.hu\/product\/130044\">pork shank <\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>60 dkg <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmetmarket.hu\/search-results\/k%C3%A1poszta\">steamed cabbage with apples<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>8 dkg <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmetmarket.hu\/product\/201783\">vaj <\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>60 dkg <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmetmarket.hu\/product\/103777\">potato balls <\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt, white pepper, parsley to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"cimsor1 wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"cimsor2\">Preparing the pork knuckle:<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The fully preheated, one by one <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.matusz-vad.hu\/en\/tokeletes-bableves-fustolt-csulokkel-recept\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">vacuum packed pig legs<\/a>, place in a bag of boiling water for 10-15 minutes. This is called regeneration. This is important because it's such a short time that if you put the leg in from the fridge, it might still be cold next to the bone directly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then put it on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper and put it in the oven preheated to 220-240\u00b0 for 12-15 minutes. The main thing is to brown the skin of the leg until nicely blistered. This will ensure that the <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.matusz-vad.hu\/en\/kisrigo-etterem\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">drumstick is done<\/a>!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>And for a side dish, I suggest a perfectly average, but also very quick to prepare, convenience product.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Melt the butter in a pan, add the rinsed, ready-to-cook potato balls and fry. Add the parsley greens at the end and season with salt and pepper.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>While the potatoes are browning, the saut\u00e9ed cabbage, also ready to cook, is reheated in a pan for a few
