Warning: only eat it fresh, and then in unrestrained quantities! <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"cimsor1\"><span class=\"cimsor2\">Ingredients for 4 people:<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>27 dkg arborio rice&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1,2 dl <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmetmarket.hu\/product\/202106\">vegetable stock&nbsp;<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 pieces <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmetmarket.hu\/product\/198658\">onions&nbsp;<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 bottle of dry white wine&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>15 dkg <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmetmarket.hu\/product\/201783\">vaj<\/a>\u202f\u202f&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 dkg <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmetmarket.hu\/product\/201862\">Parmesan\u00a0<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 bunch of fresh basil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>40 dkg <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmetmarket.hu\/product\/100387\">seafood mix<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 bottle of basil pesto\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 cloves <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmetmarket.hu\/product\/101013\">garlic&nbsp;<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>juice of half a lemon&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 bunch of fresh parsley&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 chilli&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>olive oil&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"cimsor1 wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"cimsor2\">Preparing the risotto:<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In a frying pan, fry the finely chopped red onion until translucent, then add the arborio rice and 1 clove of garlic, grated. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fry them together, then when the garlic is just starting to brown, add 1 dl of white wine. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When this has evaporated, add 1 dl of the base juice, then repeat the process with the wine and only the same base juice. Your risotto is perfect when the rice starch makes the base broth-wine soup thick and gooey and the rice grains crunch nicely under your teeth when you taste them. This is important because the secret to good risotto is to cook the arbori aldante. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At the end, add 11 dkg of cubed butter and 11 dkg of grated <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.matusz-vad.hu\/en\/rokagombas-spagetti-parmezannal\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Parmesan<\/a>, then stir gently. The end result is an ingenious, acidic, creamy and Parmesan-infused mixture. With that, we're ready to serve, but let's make the seafood chutney quickly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"cimsor1 wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"cimsor2\">Preparation of seafood:<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pour olive oil into a hot frying pan, add 2 cloves of olive oil <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.matusz-vad.hu\/en\/grillezett-polip\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">crushed garlic<\/a> and a couple of slices of chilli - I leave it to taste, who can handle strong. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the seafood and cook well <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.matusz-vad.hu\/en\/tigrisrak-mindenki-szereti\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">fry together<\/a> them. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drizzle with the juice of the squeezed lemon, sprinkle with fresh, finely chopped parsley, spin and sprinkle with a little white wine to stop the roasting process.
