There are many ways to prepare this delicious dish. Some people peel the tomatoes, others just add the flesh, but I like to dice the tomatoes, grate the garlic, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with a little finely chopped fresh basil. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I drizzle with enough olive oil to just barely cover it, and enough balsamic vinegar to create a nice acidic effect and bring out the flavours of the ingredients, and let it rest until lunch. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Before serving <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.matusz-vad.hu\/en\/bagett-francia-kenyer\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">baguettes <\/a>slice them into larger slices, butter the sides thinly and fry them in a pan until golden brown. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can grill the prawn skewers on the barbecue, in a pan, on a griddle, however you like, the main thing is to have a hot surface, as they need to be cooked quickly, for 2-3 minutes per side at most. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To serve, you can put the bruschetta in a separate small dish, but it's best to pile it on top of the toast and place the skewers on top.
