Of course, the food and the way it was served was also awe-inspiring. Not surprisingly, there are a variety of imaginative names on the menu. Mud pie, worm bowl, dragon heart, elf guts and so on. In one of the most heavily guarded prisons in Italy, a top restaurant has been created. Sounds morbid, but it's been done. Not far from Pisa is the jewel of the town of Volterra. The restaurant, a chapel, was converted into a restaurant for guests. It's not so easy to get in, as there are strict rules, but some people are not deterred.
