Follow the recipe step by step and success is guaranteed. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"cimsor1 wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-hozzavalok-4-fore\"><span class=\"cimsor2\">Ingredients for 4 people:<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 bar <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmetmarket.hu\/search-results\/sert%C3%A9s%20karaj\">pork loin with skin\u00a0<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 dkg <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmetmarket.hu\/product\/102553\">fat bacon&nbsp;<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 carrots&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3-4 sprigs of rosemary&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 potato&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 celery stalks or a small piece of celery root&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 turnip&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 head <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmetmarket.hu\/product\/198658\">onions&nbsp;<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 cloves <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmetmarket.hu\/product\/101013\">garlic&nbsp;<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>15 pieces <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmetmarket.hu\/product\/202276\">spinach bun&nbsp;<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1-2 tbsp fine flour&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 dl <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmetmarket.hu\/product\/202104\">basic juice&nbsp;<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 dl red wine&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 dl beer (light, wheat, brown, whatever you like)&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt, pepper to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"cimsor1 wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-a-boros-karaj-elkeszitese\"><span class=\"cimsor2\">Preparing the chops with skin:<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Score the skinless loin as desired, then rub well with salt and pepper. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cut the bacon into slices, wrap and place in the bottom of a higher-walled baking pan and place the chops on top. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Arrange the shredded and peeled carrots, potatoes, celery, chopped red onion, crushed garlic and fresh rosemary around the dish.&nbsp; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add a little water and pour the beer over the top. Bake in an oven preheated to 180-200 \u00b0C for about 60 minutes under aluminium foil. Meanwhile, baste several times with the beer and rub the skin with the bacon. This will make the skin really crispy and shiny.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After 60 minutes, remove the foil from the chops, baste with the gravy, pour a little more beer over the top and return to the oven to cook until the skin is a nice golden brown. Check and baste often. Once cooked, place the chops on a separate platter to rest for at least 20 minutes. In the meantime, your sauce is just about ready! <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"cimsor1 wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-a-gravy-elkeszitese\"><span class=\"cimsor2\">Preparing the gravy:<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Spoon off the excess fat from the vegetables left in the pan or drain it off with a paper towel. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mash the vegetables with a potato masher, strain through a sieve, sprinkle with flour and bring to the boil in a saucepan. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then pour in the wine and stock and bring to the boil. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"cimsor1 wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-a-zsemlegombocok-elkeszitese\"><span class=\"cimsor2\">Preparing the buns:<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All you need to do with the spinach bun is cook it in salted boiling water for 30 minutes. Make sure that you cook it on a lower heat after boiling and then leave it to rest in the cooking water for 5 minutes. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Just before serving, cut the skinless chops into finger-sized slices, serve with the dumplings and drizzle with the sauce.
