We say put carp stew on every table! <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"cimsor1 wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"cimsor2\">Ingredients for 4 people:<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>80 dkg <a href=\"https:\/\/shop.matusz-vad.hu\/hu\/product\/202938\/202938?s=ponty?utm_source=Matusz_vad_Blog\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">carp fillets<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 dkg fat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 dkg <a href=\"https:\/\/shop.matusz-vad.hu\/hu\/product\/hagyma_kocka_10x10mm_darta\/198658\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">onions<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 dkg flour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>15 dkg tomatoes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 g <a href=\"https:\/\/shop.matusz-vad.hu\/hu\/product\/import_csemege_fuszerpaprika_boller\/201633?s=paprika\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">spicy paprika<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>15 dkg green pepper<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"cimsor1 wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"cimsor2\">Preparing the carp stew:<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cut the prepared carp into 3 cm wide slices. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Season with salt, then coat in flour. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Next, heat a little fat in a pan and pre-fry the carp slices in it. When the fish is a little browned, set it aside and use the remaining fat to make a rich stew base. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.matusz-vad.hu\/en\/halaszle-leves-hal\/\">stew<\/a> pour over the pre-fried fish slices and simmer slowly, covered with a lid. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meanwhile, add the diced tomatoes and peppers. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In any case, we need to replace the liquid that has evaporated. Attention! The carp stew should not be stirred or it will break. It is better to shake the food gently. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When ready, garnish with green peppers and tomato rings.
