And with a little extra, you can make it even better! <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><h3 class=\"cimsor1\"><span class=\"cimsor2\">Ingredients for 8 people:<\/span><\/h3><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 kg potatoes&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 kg<a href=\"https:\/\/gourmetmarket.hu\/product\/198658\"> onions&nbsp;<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Half a head <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmetmarket.hu\/product\/101013\">garlic&nbsp;<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 dkg tv paprika&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 tomatoes&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 dkg smoked <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmetmarket.hu\/product\/199073\">bacon&nbsp;<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1kg <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmetmarket.hu\/product\/198776\">festive sausage&nbsp;<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt, pepper to taste<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Red <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmetmarket.hu\/product\/104060\">spicy paprika&nbsp;<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Retrieved from <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmetmarket.hu\/product\/100603\">cumin<\/a>&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sour cream for serving&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"cimsor1 wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-a-paprikas-krumpli-elkeszitese\"><span class=\"cimsor2\">Preparing the paprika potatoes:<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Peel the potatoes, wash them thoroughly, cut them into chunks and pour enough cold water over them in a bowl to cover them so that they don't brown. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finely chop the onion and garlic, and cut the bacon into 4 slices, each a finger-thick. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The remaining bacon can be diced or sliced as you like, and the sausages can be diced into any number of rings. &nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the pan, first brown the bacon fat, then add the onions and continue to brown. Later add the diced peppers, then the diced tomatoes, and you have the perfect stew base. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Saut\u00e9 the base for about 20 minutes in batches, until the peppers and tomatoes are well cooked. Then remove from the heat and sprinkle with the cumin, red pepper and pepper. That way the spices won't burn, because the flavours will dissolve nicely in the fat and the paprika will turn a nice red colour. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>While the base is resting in this way, drop a disc into the <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.matusz-vad.hu\/en\/bogracs-verseny\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">kettle<\/a> and heat it up well. Put the sliced bacon on top and start frying until it is fat. It will be a very good delicacy at the end. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fry the sausage rings in the bacon fat until nice and golden brown. This will give the paprika fries an extra smoky flavour.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once you have done that, put the <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.matusz-vad.hu\/en\/a-tokeletes-vorosboros-marhaporkolt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">stew<\/a> base and you're ready to add the potatoes. Add enough water to cover and continue cooking until the potatoes are tender. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meanwhile, season with salt and pepper.
