Now we'd like to show you a very simple way to make a really delicious carp chowder, with less work and even less time <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><h3 class=\"cimsor1\"><span class=\"cimsor2\">Ingredients for 8 people:<\/span><\/h3><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>20 dkg <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmetmarket.hu\/product\/101870\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">smoked bacon<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 heads of finely chopped red onion&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tv peppers&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tomatoes&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 cloves <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmetmarket.hu\/product\/101013\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">garlic<\/a>&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 can of FrissHal <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmetmarket.hu\/product\/202943\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">chowder concentrate<\/a>&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 can of FrissHal <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmetmarket.hu\/product\/202942\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">fish juice<\/a>&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pack of FrissHal <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmetmarket.hu\/product\/202938\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">fillet of carp<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pack of FrissHal <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmetmarket.hu\/product\/202933\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">carp horseshoe&nbsp;<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>salt, pepper, red paprika (to taste)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><h3 class=\"cimsor1\"><span class=\"cimsor2\">Preparing the carp juice:<\/span><\/h3><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.matusz-vad.hu\/en\/ujra-divatban-a-bogracs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">in a kettle<\/a> make a stew base from the smoked bacon, onion, pepper and tomato.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then pour a little water over it in batches to cook it sufficiently and make it juicy. Meanwhile, prepare the fresh carp.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cut the fillets into smaller or larger pieces as desired and place them in the <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.matusz-vad.hu\/en\/ponty-patko-alapanyag\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">with carp horseshoes<\/a> together, add a little salt and leave to stand. &nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.matusz-vad.hu\/en\/ozporkolt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">stew<\/a> Add red paprika and cumin to the base. Of course, take the pot off the heat at this point, so as not to spoil this brilliant chowder.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then add the chowder concentrate, followed by the chowder.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dilute these with double the amount of water.
