Its aim is to bring together professionals from the Csongr\u00e1d-Csan\u00e1d region and to strengthen the region's hospitality and to support the work of local producers and small businesses by forming a common representation of interests. They are determined to expand the membership of their association so that they can think as a community about the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The association also organises several professional training courses for the HoReCa segment in the region, covering the chef, waiter, pastry chef professions, but not forgetting the accommodation service providers. The courses are always held in the show kitchen of CorAll Hungary Kft. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.matusz-vad.hu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/FK27-1024x683.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-32886\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Photo: https:\/\/dgtegyesulet.hu\/<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"cimsor1 wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"cimsor2\">Confectionery and domestic waters<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In the first course<a href=\"https:\/\/blog.matusz-vad.hu\/en\/vegan-edesseg\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> confectionery<\/a> was the main event, where patissier D\u00e1vid Jakabfi presented the latest innovations in the profession, <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.matusz-vad.hu\/en\/sous-vide-szuvid\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">technological innovations<\/a>. Also classic <a href=\"https:\/\/shop.matusz-vad.hu\/hu\/category\/5919\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">desserts <\/a>such as poppy seed dumplings, goose feet or Eszterh\u00e1zy cake.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The second session will focus on <a href=\"https:\/\/shop.matusz-vad.hu\/hu\/category\/4214?utm_source=Matusz_vad_Blog\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">the treasures of Hungarian waters have served<\/a>. This time, Frigyes Vomberg, a master chef who became nationally known as a judge on the hugely popular television show Chef of Chefs, was the guest chef, but his professional background is undisputed. Among his many successes, he has worked for two of the biggest <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.matusz-vad.hu\/en\/nok-helyzete-a-vendeglatasban\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">school of vision<\/a> as an instructor, food stylist, author, and currently as a <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.matusz-vad.hu\/en\/bocuse-verseny-lyon\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Bocus d'Or<\/a> the team's coaching teacher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"cimsor1\"><span class=\"cimsor2\">Premium fish range from Matusz-Vad<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>As the main sponsor of the course, the premium quality fish for the catches was provided by Matusz-Vad Zrt. <a href=\"https:\/\/shop.matusz-vad.hu\/hu\/brand\/9235?utm_source=Matusz_vad_Blog\">Fresh fish<\/a> offer.
