The starter is usually their famous beetroot soup, also known as borscht, a popular appetizer in Slavic countries. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"cimsor1 wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"cimsor2\">Ingredients for 4 people:<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2-3 beetroots&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 head <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmetmarket.hu\/product\/198658\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">onions&nbsp;<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 dkg fresh ginger&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pc <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmetmarket.hu\/product\/101567\">whole cumin&nbsp;<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 cloves <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmetmarket.hu\/product\/101013\">garlic&nbsp;<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pc <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmetmarket.hu\/product\/102046\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">carrots&nbsp;<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Small bunch of fresh dill&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 turnip&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>zest of 1 lemon&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 g sour cream&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 pieces <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmetmarket.hu\/product\/101779\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">mushroom tortelloni&nbsp;<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 l <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmetmarket.hu\/product\/202104\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">beef stock<\/a>&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmetmarket.hu\/product\/197902\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Olive oil&nbsp;<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ground black pepper&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"cimsor1 wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"cimsor2\">Preparing the beetroot soup:<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Peel the beetroot and carrots, cut the beetroot into cubes and the carrots into rings. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fry the cumin in a little oil, then caramelise the finely chopped onion with the grated ginger and garlic.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the beetroot and carrots, fry a little and add the stock.
