It is customary to prepare a whole roast pig. Many people are afraid that this will fail, but it's not a big deal. Perhaps the most important part is to marinate your pig properly and for long enough. For the more adventurous, you can even cook it over coals.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"cimsor1\"><span class=\"cimsor2\">Ingredients for 15 people:<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 whole <a href=\"https:\/\/shop.matusz-vad.hu\/hu\/product\/egesz_malac\/101729?utm_source=Matusz_vad_Blog\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pigac<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-pacle\">P\u00e1cl\u00e9:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>7 % saline solution (as much as needed)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 large heads of onion cut into four<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 heads <a href=\"https:\/\/shop.matusz-vad.hu\/hu\/product\/egesz_fokhagyma_darta\/101013?utm_source=Matusz_vad_Blog\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">garlic<\/a> cut in half crosswise<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tsp coriander seeds<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tbsp whole <a href=\"https:\/\/shop.matusz-vad.hu\/hu\/product\/egesz_feketebors_boller\/101193?utm_source=Matusz_vad_Blog\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">black pepper<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 ecu <a href=\"https:\/\/shop.matusz-vad.hu\/hu\/product\/egesz_fuszerkomeny_boller\/101567?utm_source=Matusz_vad_Blog\">whole cumin<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tsp Roman cumin<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4-5 sprigs marjoram<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4-5 sprigs thyme<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"cimsor1\"><span class=\"cimsor2\">Preparing the roast pig:<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bring the ingredients listed for the marinade to the boil in a large saucepan, then strain through a sieve and add the <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.matusz-vad.hu\/en\/malac-sertes-konyha\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">malacra<\/a> and then marinate in the fridge for 24 hours<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then remove, drain well and wipe completely dry with a paper towel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pull up the <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.matusz-vad.hu\/en\/fokhagymas-garnelanyars\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">on a skewer<\/a> and leave to dry for a few hours at room temperature. Meanwhile, we prepare the charcoal coals. As the meat is thick, the pig should not be exposed to high heat suddenly<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place it about 30 cm above the coals and bake it for about three hours, rotating it constantly. You can then increase the amount of charcoal to make the skin <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.matusz-vad.hu\/en\/ropogosra-sult-libacomb\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">crispy <\/a>should be.
