The garnish is practically limited only by the imagination, and this time we have dreamed up a special potato and an exciting lentil puree to go with it.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"cimsor1 wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"cimsor2\">Ingredients for 6-8 people:<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 stick of pork&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/shop.matusz-vad.hu\/hu\/product\/malac_rollbraten\/198684?utm_source=Matusz_vad_Blog\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">roast meat<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 dl light beer&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>25 dkg pork fat&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 sprigs fresh rosemary&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 dkg lentils&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 heads&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/shop.matusz-vad.hu\/hu\/product\/hagyma_kocka_10x10mm_darta\/198658?s=hagyma?utm_source=Matusz_vad_Blog\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">onions&nbsp;<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 head&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/shop.matusz-vad.hu\/hu\/product\/egesz_fokhagyma_darta\/101013?s=fokhagyma?utm_source=Matusz_vad_Blog\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">garlic&nbsp;<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 potatoes&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 pieces&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/shop.matusz-vad.hu\/hu\/product\/baber_egesz_kotanyi_gastro\/102943?s=bab%C3%A9r?utm_source=Matusz_vad_Blog\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">bay leaf&nbsp;<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tbsp mustard&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 smoked bone&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 ek 10% vinegar&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6-8 pieces&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/shop.matusz-vad.hu\/hu\/product\/sajtos_gratin_aviko\/100556?s=gratin?utm_source=Matusz_vad_Blog\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">cheese gratin<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"cimsor1 wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"cimsor2\">Preparing the roll roast:<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Grease the rolled piglet, rub with salt and place in a large baking pan. Put 2 heads of onion and half a head of garlic, peeled, around it, and fresh rosemary, then pour beer over it and add a little water. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cover with aluminium foil, place in a preheated oven at 150 degrees and bake for 4-5 hours. Rotate every 20 minutes and baste with the bacon mixture. During the last 1 hour, remove the foil and brush the skin of the rollbraten with a little vinegar. This will help to make the skin of the pig even crispier! <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After baking, let it rest for 15-20 minutes and then slice it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"cimsor1 wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"cimsor2\">Preparing the side dish:<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Soak the lentils in cold water overnight.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cook the smoked bones with 1 head of onion, 3 cloves of garlic, bay leaf and whole pepper to make a stock. Finely chop the other head of onion and fry it in a little fat. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add 1 tbsp of mustard and fry this too. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the soaked lentils, pour in enough filtered smoked stock to cover by 1 finger. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the potatoes and cook until the lentils are tender.
