For the marinade juice, mix the liquid ingredients and add <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.matusz-vad.hu\/en\/baranyhus-baranycomb\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">the meat<\/a>, then add orange rings and rosemary sprigs. Preferably leave in the fridge overnight to allow the flavours to blend. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Before cooking the lamb ribs, it is a good idea to wipe the meat a little with a paper towel and then brush the surface with olive oil. Fry in a hot pan for 4-4 minutes per side, then transfer to a baking tray. Put a little butter on the meat and bake in a 175 \u00b0C oven for 8 minutes.  Leave to rest for 2 minutes after baking.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"cimsor1 wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"cimsor2\">Preparing the permesan sauce and the corn:<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To make the Parmesan sauce, bring the milk and cream to the boil, then add the grated Parmesan, stirring constantly, seasoning with salt and sesame seeds to taste. It is ready when it is completely creamy and homogeneous.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meanwhile, cook the corn on the cob in boiling salted water for 2 minutes. Melt butter in a pan with a little olive oil and crust the corn.
