If you use the Pr\u00e9sident one-kilo package, the whole party will be grateful<\/strong>, <strong>but also perfect for restaurants! <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"cimsor1\"><span class=\"cimsor2\">Ingredients for 6-8 people<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-a-sajthoz\"><strong>For the cheese: <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 kg brie cheese wheel <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 g honey&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 pieces <a href=\"https:\/\/shop.matusz-vad.hu\/hu\/product\/bagett-santa-ines-68440-europastry\/197444?s=santa\">Santa Ines bagett&nbsp;<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 g walnuts&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 g cashew nuts&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-a-vorosboros-afonyaszoszhoz\"><strong>For the cranberry sauce with cranberries: <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>50 dkg mycelium <a href=\"https:\/\/shop.matusz-vad.hu\/hu\/product\/erdei_afonya_gastrogarden\/102194?s=%C3%A1fonya\">blueberries&nbsp;<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2,5 dl dry red wine&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pinch of salt&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 dkg brown sugar&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 mk starch<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"cimsor1\"><span class=\"cimsor2\">Preparing the brie fondue:<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Place the brie cheese in a cake tin lined with baking paper. Spread the top with a dice 1,5-2 cm from the edge. Sprinkle with <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.matusz-vad.hu\/en\/kigyomakrela-recept\/\">with honey<\/a>, sprinkle with chopped nuts and cashew nuts. Bake in a preheated oven at 190 \u00b0C for 20 minutes.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"cimsor1\"><span class=\"cimsor2\">Preparing the cranberry sauce:<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Caramelise the brown sugar in a pan, then add the cranberries. Once it has released some of its juice, pour in the red wine, add a pinch of salt and reduce until the caramel has melted. Thicken with the starch at the end.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bake the baguettes at 180 \u00b0C for 5-10 minutes, then leave to cool.
