This was compounded by the economic situation, which led to a chaotic situation in hospitality and tourism. Professionals who found their calling elsewhere have not returned at all, with the youth<\/a> and not enough of it has entered the profession.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A huge vacuum situation has developed<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n

The remaining professionals in the hospitality industry have to cope in an unbalanced market. They are undoubtedly looking for the best, most secure jobs where they can find their financial reward. The result is turnover on an unprecedented scale. This is not ideal for employers or employees. Both individuals and businesses are unable to cope with unstable conditions.<\/p>\n

A in the hospitality and tourism sector<\/a> new entrants to the workforce who have just left the classroom are also not a solution. Without proper training, they are effectively thrown into the deep end because there is no other solution. This of course leads to a reduction in the quality of services.<\/p>\n

While the demand for casual work has increased and many people are finding work without skills, businesses are facing another problem. To be visible on the labour market, they need to recruit and advertise. Whatever platform they use to do this, the costs have risen considerably, but the results are largely inadequate.<\/p>\n

In many cases, employers are faced with job applicants who do not show up for the first interview. Another typical phenomenon is when the already hired employee does not show up for work on the first day. A for catering establishments<\/a> it also happens regularly that after a few days or weeks, the employee quits without saying a word. Then the search begins again, and energy and financial resources must again be made available to ensure that a given unit has the right number of staff.<\/p>\n

Giggle can be a solution<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The problems listed above have been identified by a domestic team with first-hand knowledge of the difficulties faced by the industry. The platform developed by a Hungarian startup could fundamentally change the labour market. The classic channels are simply not effective, so they developed a niche platform called Giggle.hu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The idea is to pair workers seeking independence - with businesses that need workers. A digital solution has been created to help transparency in the selection process through assessments and standardised profiles. From thousands of registered users, their employees have so far completed a total of 7 years of work with 41 partners. Workforce can be available within 24 hours based on assessments. The company is being built with the support of several prominent foreign and domestic investors, including American Unicorn founder Jared Schreiber, Starschema founder P\u00e9ter Csillag, and Andr\u00e1s F\u00fcl\u00f6p, former CEO of Deloitte. The team also has international ambitions, with plans to enter at least one foreign market this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They can recruit workers in as little as 24 hours to ensure smooth operations. The startup automates the recruitment process, providing partners with pre-screened workers available for a specified period of time, with no advertising costs on a success fee basis.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

How Giggle works<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n

Its target markets include student workers, jobseekers, those in casual work and those working full-time. Giggle employees are informed in a fully transparent and understandable way about currently available<\/a> works. They can read reviews of employers, choose shifts that fit their personal schedule weeks or hours in advance. The system is able to find the right workers and exclude those who are not reliable. This saves a lot of time, even more energy and money.<\/p>\n

A huge advantage of the startup is that its conditions also mobilise inactive skilled and relevant workers. Effectively integrating new employees into the organisation is also a high priority. It also ensures that permanent employees do not become overburdened, ensuring longer-term stability.<\/p>\n
