We love it not only for its taste, but also for its many health benefits. But which oil should you use when? And where can you find the best oils?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"cimsor1\"><span class=\"cimsor2\">When olive oil is virgin or extra virgin<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>First of all, it is worth being aware of the basic types of olive oils. The most widely used are \u2018virgin\u2019, \u2018extra virgin\u2019 and \u2019pure\u2019 olive oils. Extra virgin olive oil is the highest quality category. This type of oil is exclusively <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.matusz-vad.hu\/en\/10-olivabogyo-amit-neked-is-illik-ismerned\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">freshly harvested olives<\/a> is made by a mechanical process without high temperature. This preserves all the important nutrients and flavours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the other hand, virgin olive oil is also cold-pressed, but it has a higher acidity and a less intense taste, colour and smell. Pure olive oil is of lower quality and is therefore more suitable for frying, as it is less sensitive to high temperatures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"cimsor1\"><span class=\"cimsor2\">Reliable quality since 1904<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you want quality olive oil, it's worth choosing brands that are renowned for their careful production and excellent products.
