Podcasts as a medium have exploded in recent years and have significantly transformed the way content is consumed around the world.<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"cimsor1\"><span class=\"cimsor2\">Flavour enhancer<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Launched this spring <a href=\"https:\/\/telex.hu\/cimke\/telex-izfokozo\">Telex's gastronomy podcast<\/a>, the Gourmet, the first season of which consists of 9 episodes. Among other things, the show will discuss why we like what we like. Why do we cook and eat what we eat in an everyday kitchen and in a restaurant? How has our relationship with food changed? Subjective gastronomic conversations <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.matusz-vad.hu\/en\/category\/receptek\/\">recipes<\/a> without the sight of food and drooling, with a catering and everyday eye: everything that is missing in today's modern gastronomy. To name just a few, guests have included K\u00e1roly Gerendai, Jen\u0151 R\u00e1cz, Hubert Hlatky-Schlichter, Krist\u00f3f Steiner, Marcsi Borb\u00e1s and Szil\u00e1rd T\u00f3th. There have been discussions on topics ranging from the sourdough bread revolution to the legitimacy of specialty coffees and the difficulties of rural hospitality. So if you want to hear first hand and know what's happening, why and how much, this is a must follow channel! &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"cimsor1\"><span class=\"cimsor2\">Podkost<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Born under the auspices of 444!, a fortnightly <a href=\"https:\/\/444.hu\/tag\/podkoszt\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Podkost<\/a> is also at one season, with 12 interviews.
