The Celtic Halloween is mainly popular in the Anglo-Saxon countries, but it is also becoming more and more popular in our country, so it's no wonder that restaurants are exploring its potential. It's an easy day to serve adults a stylish meal, but remember that abroad it's largely a holiday for children. Trick-or-treating hasn't yet caught on here, but a spooky and tasty Halloween kids\u201e menu can make up for it. Let's see what you can prepare for them!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pumpkins are also associated with Halloween through pumpkin lanterns, so it's an obvious choice to include them in your festive menu - plus, a healthy vegetable can be the backbone of your menu. A pumpkin<\/a> you can use it in all forms. Cream soup<\/a>, oven-baked pumpkin or pumpkin pie can be made from it. For the perfect taste experience, pumpkin risotto is served with pumpkin seed oil, toasted pumpkin seeds and diced pumpkin cubes fried in butter. If you're creative, you can use it to create a myriad of \u201escary\u201d shapes with a little effort - and you don't have to give up carving pumpkin in the kitchen! The festive concept is to recall the typical Halloween motifs: ghosts, skeletons, bats, black cats, witches, cobwebs, red and black. For example, you can make a \u201evegetable skeleton\u201d with celery stalks for the arms and legs, mushroom slices for the joints and hips, cucumber slices for the spine, California pepper slices for the ribs, and a bowl of dipping sauce for the head.
