When the pumpkin is soft, remove some of it and blend the rest with the cream, then strain. Fry the potato balls in butter, then coarsely crush and mix with the remaining pumpkin.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Season the cod with salt and pepper, then fry both halves in butter in a Teflon pan.
