Food Truck is evolution. <\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ha-nem-j-n-a-vend-g-ut-na-kell-menni\"><strong>If the guest doesn't come, you have to go after him! <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-az-elm-lt-id-szakot-gy-is-lehetne-aposztrof-lni-mint-a-vend-gl-t-s-s-a-turizmus-feketebet-s-h-napjait-rengeteg-neh-zs-g-ut-n-viszont-most-jra-nyitva-vannak-az-ttermek-m-r-amelyik-t-l-tudott-lni-s-a-ny-r-meghozta-a-szezont-is-az-k-ts-gtelen-l-kijelenthet-hogy-mivel-k-lf-ldi-turista-nincsen-vagyis-csak-elhanyagolhat-sz-mban-rkezik-haz-nkba-legink-bb-a-belf-ldi-vend-gekre-lehet-sz-m-tani-a-belf-ldi-turizmus-tipikus-lok-ci-i-ebben-az-id-szakban-nagyobb-forgalmat-tudnak-produk-lni-s-ezen-bel-l-a-legjobban-prefer-l-egy-rtelm-en-a-balaton\">The last period could be described as the black months for hospitality and tourism. But now, after a lot of hardship, restaurants are open again, those that have survived have done so, and summer has brought the season. There is no doubt that, with no foreign tourists, or only a negligible number of them, it is mainly domestic visitors who are to be expected. The typical destinations for domestic tourism are the ones with the highest turnover in this period, and the most preferred is clearly Lake Balaton.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A few years ago, a new sector of the catering industry emerged in our country, which we call Food Truck! Its special feature is that you can roll them to where the guest is. At the moment, this is a great advantage for those who bake and cook for guests in this area, as they can move with the season. So basically they were\/are aware of the basic problems that we have in our profession. We are thinking here of the constant shortage of staff, which can make life in a restaurant very difficult. On the one hand, it makes running a restaurant more difficult and, on the other, it slows down service. And if we look at the trends and the money in people's pockets, i.e. the demand, we have seen for years that simpler, quicker and, above all, cheaper meals have become in demand. The mushrooming of buffets, gyros and burgers in towns and cities, with a simple palette but affordable prices, was a phenomenon. From there, it was only a step to the emergence of food trucks, with the advantage of not being tied to a specific location. They can go exactly where people want to eat. ????<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4><strong>Accordingly, f<\/strong><strong>Is it speed and quality, or that there are not many types of food on such a trolley, but that they are taken care of to the maximum?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>There is a tendency for many people to recognise the potential of the genre. High-quality food has become a key factor, and the food truck society has been on this path for years. Expectations have also shifted in this direction - thankfully. Those who were geared up for this and could not change and adapt are now in as much trouble as the built-in caterers. Many have survived the toughest times by parking in various locations suitable for delivery and working for home delivery. This is where the advantage of mobility prevailed. Municipalities have also been more flexible in addressing such needs. This year, for example, the Food Truck Show is another event, a gastro-market, that is not a mass event, not a music festival, but still gives people a chance to meet and go out. So those who are working on this are also winners. Even though we missed food truck shows at the beginning of the season, we're making up what we can and getting to 25 cities this year. We've also restarted company events and employee family days, which is keeping the demand for food trucks growing. At first it was a trendy one-off in the World, then it morphed into a trend, and now it can be dubbed an entire hospitality industry. Of course, it is dependent on the continent, but it has become an important part of the industry. There is no doubt that the pandemic has brought this \u201eprofession\u201d, if I can put it that way, relatively to the fore. It is clear that the food truck has undergone a major evolution and its raison d'\u00eatre is no longer in doubt.<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4><strong>If you want to get into this form of gastronomy, what should you expect?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>You also need capital. A food truck requires almost as much or more investment than a buffet. You need a concept, professional expertise and a legal background. Then you need a truck, a brand - and all this is not easy financially. If I had to give you a basic figure, nobody should start with less than 10 million. It is also an economic activity, so it is worth going around it carefully, consulting experts and then calculating. But what types of food can be used to create a safe rolling restaurant?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>As I said, street food is the basic. It is therefore clear that among the various national trends and dishes, the burger line is outstanding. It is a typical dish in itself and can be prepared in many different ways. It can be made with many different technologies, types of meat and at least as many toppings. What is worth highlighting and has become a trend is the BBQ line. There are noticeably more and more great dishes being made and as the flavour of smoke appeals to the general public, so does this line evolve.<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4><strong>Which types of meat can be said to meet the quantitative and even qualitative requirements?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>For meat, the situation is quite specific. The quality is important, the expiry date, which is related to storage, and how it is prepared is important. There are technologies, such as souvid, which are suitable, or even specifically suited to this. The real Hungaricum is FR\u00d6CCS! Our grandfathers told us that and we never understood it. But today- it's basic. This drink is ours and wherever it appears, in whatever form, it undoubtedly leads the way. The beer revolution hasn't escaped the rolling world either, as craft beers have undoubtedly become sought-after items. Beer as a beverage- from the ground of craft- is overwhelming. A sought-after consumer product. And there's really no question that when it's hot, what better to drink than a craft, sparkling beverage.
