This year again saw the organisation of the Audi-Dining Guide Gala<\/strong>, and with it the publication of the Dining Guide TOP100 Restaurant Guide<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the evening of 19 July<\/strong> was one of the most important events of the Hungarian gastronomic scene. Dining Guide Restaurant of the Year Awards<\/strong> Gala<\/strong> is undoubtedly important, as the past period has seriously damaged the hospitality industry. The gala was an opportunity to bring the profession back together, something that many had been waiting for. Chefs, restaurateurs, colleagues all celebrated as one Gastronomy<\/a> your special day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The venue is, as in previous years, the Castle Garden Bazaar<\/strong> an exclusive environment, which in itself is an indication of the high standard of the event. The Audi-Dining Guide Gala was an opportunity for professional dialogue, to exchange experiences of a difficult period and to celebrate gastronomy without any exaggeration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Dining Guide's Lifetime Achievement Award was awarded to \u00c1rp\u00e1d L\u00e1szl\u00f3, the Robinson Restaurant<\/a> the owner can own<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rural Restaurant of the Year Award - Plat\u00e1n Gourmet - Chef Istv\u00e1n Pesti<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alternative Restaurant of the Year Award: Pizza, Coffee, World Peace<\/a> Awarded to Debrecen<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Young Chef of the Year: \u00c1d\u00e1m Mede, the Laurel Budapest<\/a> chef<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sustainability and the pandemic have also created a new award called the Fairplay Award. This year, for the first time, it was awarded to a restaurant that excelled in its attitude towards its employees. This award the Rosenstein Restaurant<\/strong> were handed over to their owners.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
