Bocuse d'Or<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Concours mondial de la cuisine is a biannual cooking competition. Named after master chef Paul Bocuse, the finals of the event are held at the end of January every two years at the SIRHA International Exhibition of Hotels, Hospitality and Food in Lyon.
