This is one of the specialities of the Little Tyrol Inn in Budapest, in the garden area of the 16th district. You will not be disappointed with this dish, as it has been prepared thousands of times. Now we share the recipe and the secret! <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"cimsor1\"><span class=\"cimsor2\">Preparation of the Bavarian drumstick<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The really good Bavarian hindquarters <a href=\"https:\/\/shop.matusz-vad.hu\/hu\/tag\/6495?utm_source=blog&amp;utm_medium=termek&amp;utm_campaign=Az_igazi_bajor_csulok_sutese+\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">from hams<\/a> which is placed in 10% saline solution to almost completely cover it. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add onion, bay leaf and whole pepper to the marinade. Marinate for at least 24 hours before cooking. Then remove the leg to a baking tray without the marinade.
