At the same time - as a youth award - a chef's jacket worn by Dr. D\u00e9nes S\u00e1ndor was presented to a student who has achieved outstanding results in the field of gastronomy and has previously graduated from the BGE KVIK or its predecessor institutions. Nevertheless, it is an activity that millions of people enjoy. They do a job that requires a great deal of professionalism and perseverance. And gastronomy itself is a process of multiple pleasures. On the one hand, it is the pleasure of making food, of seeing how ingredients are transformed through cooking techniques into delicious dishes that are beautifully presented to give guests a delicious experience. The award winners are also a priority for the judges, who want to ensure that the winners come from different generations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2021 Pro Gastronomia Award judging<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the year 2021, Dr. D\u00e9nes S\u00e1ndor, Dr. Andrea Lugasi, Imre Kiss, retired director of the Hungarian Museum of Commerce and Hospitality, and chef and gastronomic consultant Viktor Segal selected the deserving persons.
