Je jasn\u00e9, \u017ee kamko\u013evek na svete ideme, sna\u017e\u00edme sa ochutna\u0165 miestne jedl\u00e1, nav\u0161tevujeme trhy a sme ochotn\u00ed ochutna\u0165 aj tie najextr\u00e9mnej\u0161ie jedl\u00e1, \u010di u\u017e s\u00fa to cvr\u010dky a chrob\u00e1ky, n\u00e1poje alebo pre n\u00e1s <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.matusz-vad.hu\/sk\/farsang-fank-mulatsag-recept\/\">\u0161peci\u00e1lne<\/a> ovocie. <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Po umeleck\u00fdch dielach, architekt\u00fare krajiny, sl\u00e1vnych \u010di nesl\u00e1vne zn\u00e1mych miestach je to mo\u017eno to, \u010do turisti nav\u0161tevuj\u00faci na\u0161u krajinu h\u013eadaj\u00fa.  Mo\u017eno je to jedna z na\u0161ich siln\u00fdch str\u00e1nok, ktor\u00e1 na n\u00e1s upozor\u0148uje: na\u0161a gastron\u00f3mia. Zostavili sme zoznam d\u00f4vodov, pre\u010do cudzinci prich\u00e1dzaj\u00fa do na\u0161ich re\u0161taur\u00e1ci\u00ed. Jedlo, ktor\u00e9 t\u00fa\u017eia ochutna\u0165. Okrem toho s\u00fa najob\u013e\u00fabenej\u0161ie klob\u00e1sa Gyula, sal\u00e1ma Pick a \u010derven\u00e1 cibu\u013ea Mak\u00f3. Mnoh\u00ed \u013eudia vyh\u013ead\u00e1vaj\u00fa papriku zo Szentesa, ktor\u00e1 je z\u00e1kladom jedn\u00e9ho z na\u0161ich najob\u013e\u00fabenej\u0161\u00edch jed\u00e1l - lecs\u00f3. \u010co sa t\u00fdka n\u00e1pojov, je to v\u00edno, ktor\u00e9 je hlavn\u00fdm l\u00e1kadlom. Na vrchole je ur\u010dite Tokaji Asz\u00fa a Bikav\u00e9r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"amit-a-kulfoldiek-nem-hagynanak-ki\"><strong>\u010co by v\u00e1m cudzinci nedovolili<\/strong> mimo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>Polievky<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>Gul\u00e1\u0161ov\u00e1 polievka:<\/strong> Spolu so svojimi bl\u00edzkymi pr\u00edbuzn\u00fdmi, dusenou paprikou a paprikou. Vo Ve\u013ekej n\u00ed\u017eine m\u00e4so s paprikovou pr\u00edchu\u0165ou alebo gul\u00e1\u0161 vytla\u010dili m\u00e4sov\u00e9 jedl\u00e1 na b\u00e1ze ka\u0161e, ke\u010f sa v obdob\u00ed od 30. rokov 19. storo\u010dia do roku 1900 dostali na \u00farove\u0148 svadobn\u00fdch jed\u00e1l.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Plnen\u00e1 kapusta:<\/strong> Plnen\u00e1 kapusta, v Sedmohradsku zn\u00e1ma aj ako sarma alebo takart, je typick\u00fdm zimn\u00fdm jedlom ma\u010farskej kuchyne. V niektor\u00fdch \u010dastiach Ma\u010farska (najm\u00e4 v juhov\u00fdchodnom Ma\u010farsku) sa naz\u00fdva sarma. Srbi ju naz\u00fdvaj\u00fa sarma a dokonca aj Arabi ju pova\u017euj\u00fa za s\u00fa\u010das\u0165 svojej n\u00e1rodnej kuchyne. Plnen\u00e1 kapusta je jedlo, ktor\u00e9 mo\u017eno najlep\u0161ie op\u00edsa\u0165 ako \"ko\u013eko domov, to\u013eko zvykov\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hubov\u00fd paprik\u00e1\u0161:<\/strong> Popri gul\u00e1\u0161i a gul\u00e1\u0161i je paprik\u00e1\u0161 jedn\u00fdm z najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00edch tradi\u010dn\u00fdch n\u00e1rodn\u00fdch jed\u00e1l Ma\u010farov. Dokonca aj uhorsk\u00fd kr\u00e1\u013e Franti\u0161ek Jozef sa u\u017e v druhej polovici 19. storo\u010dia pok\u00fa\u0161al zjemni\u0165 pikantn\u00e9 paprik\u00e1\u0161ov\u00e9 \u201cma\u010farsk\u00e9\u201d jedl\u00e1 smotanou a kyslou smotanou. Pr\u00e1ve od tohto obdobia sa v ma\u010farskej gastron\u00f3mii za\u010dal pripravova\u0165 paprik\u00e1\u0161 ako kr\u00e9mov\u00e1 verzia gul\u00e1\u0161a. Odtia\u013e bol u\u017e len krok k pou\u017e\u00edvaniu h\u00fab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kuracie m\u00e4so s paprikou:<\/strong> Kuracie m\u00e4so na paprike alebo kuracie m\u00e4so paprik\u00e1s je ma\u010farsk\u00e9 n\u00e1rodn\u00e9 jedlo s paprikou. Nemalo by sa zamie\u0148a\u0165 s dusen\u00fdm kurac\u00edm m\u00e4som, preto\u017ee sa pripravuje bez kyslej smotany. Hoci lecs\u00f3 je jedlo s balk\u00e1nskymi kore\u0148mi, je jedn\u00fdm z pilierov ma\u010farskej gastron\u00f3mie. Slovo lecs\u00f3, ktor\u00e9 vzniklo ako slovo z n\u00f3gr\u00e1dskeho n\u00e1re\u010dia, sa podobne ako \u010fal\u0161ie slov\u00e1 (cs\u00e1k\u00f3, guly\u00e1s, hajd\u00fa, husz\u00e1r, kocsi, puli, sujt\u00e1s) presadilo na medzin\u00e1rodnej \u00farovni. Slovo lecs\u00f3 sa za\u010dalo vedome pou\u017e\u00edva\u0165 v 20. rokoch 20. storo\u010dia. Lecs\u00f3 je vlastne zeleninov\u00e9 rag\u00fa, paradajkovo-paprikov\u00fd \u201egul\u00e1\u0161\u201d. Pod\u013ea Gyulu Kr\u00fadyho by sa v lete mala jes\u0165 paprika a paradajky, ale v zime lecs\u00f3. Pod\u013ea v\u00e4\u010d\u0161iny publikovan\u00fdch receptov v Ma\u010farsku sa naj\u010dastej\u0161ie pripravuje lecs\u00f3 s jedn\u00fdm dielom \u010dervenej cibule Mako (ma\u010farsky), dvoma dielmi zrel\u00fdch paradajok a \u0161tyrmi dielmi chrumkavej zelenej papriky Cece (ma\u010farsky) s bielou du\u017einou. Pokia\u013e ide o lecs\u00f3, existuje to\u013eko receptov, ko\u013eko je regi\u00f3nov a rod\u00edn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pe\u010den\u00e9 zemiaky:<\/strong> Zemiaky na zapekanie s\u00fa tie\u017e ma\u010farsk\u00fdm jedlom. Pripravuje sa zo zemiakov, klob\u00e1sy, vajec, kyslej smotany, pr\u00edpadne slaniny a klob\u00e1sy. Na vrchu alebo medzi vrstvami m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 syr a namiesto m\u00e4sa vegetari\u00e1nske n\u00e1pady. Prv\u00fdkr\u00e1t sa v Ma\u010farsku spom\u00edna vo vydan\u00ed Ma\u010farskej n\u00e1rodnej kuch\u00e1rskej knihy Istv\u00e1na Czifraya z roku 1840.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sladkosti a in\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Gundelove palacinky:<\/strong> Prv\u00e9 Gundelove palacinky pripravil K\u00e1roly Gundel, ktor\u00fd pod\u00e1val palacinky plnen\u00e9 nasekan\u00fdmi vla\u0161sk\u00fdmi orechmi, rumom a hrozienkami s tmavou \u010dokol\u00e1dovou om\u00e1\u010dkou zo \u017e\u013atka, smotany a kakaov\u00e9ho pr\u00e1\u0161ku. Predpoklad\u00e1 sa, \u017ee l\u00e1ngos sa spolu s in\u00fdmi jedlami dostal do ma\u010farskej kuchyne po\u010das tureckej okup\u00e1cie.
