Umenie v\u00fdroby klob\u00e1s od Rimanov prevzali aj Germ\u00e1ni a zdokonalili ho v stredoveku. Tento such\u00fd m\u00e4sov\u00fd v\u00fdrobok, konzervovan\u00fd \u00faden\u00edm, bol v stredoveku zn\u00e1my aj na Dolnej zemi. Patria sem aj te\u013eacie a kr\u00e1li\u010die klob\u00e1sy, ale najroz\u0161\u00edrenej\u0161ie s\u00fa brav\u010dov\u00e9 klob\u00e1sy.<\/p>\n<p>Klob\u00e1sa sa vyr\u00e1ba z pliecka, slaniny, stehna, brav\u010dovej panenky bez kosti s pr\u00eddavkom 25-35% tuku.
