Na na\u0161u najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161iu p\u00fdchu n\u00e1s op\u00e4\u0165 reprezentovali mnoh\u00ed na\u0161i partneri, od dom\u00e1cej kuchyne a\u017e po Maroko a Vietnam.<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U\u017e roky sa \u010doraz viac \u017eien dost\u00e1va do popredia v gastron\u00f3mii a tento trend sa m\u00e1 posilni\u0165 aj na tohtoro\u010dnom festivale Gourmet. Organiz\u00e1tori podujatia s hrdos\u0165ou kon\u0161tatuj\u00fa, \u017ee profesion\u00e1lky, \u0161\u00e9fkuch\u00e1rky a inov\u00e1torky v oblasti gastron\u00f3mie zohr\u00e1vaj\u00fa v profesion\u00e1lnom kulin\u00e1rskom svete \u010doraz d\u00f4le\u017eitej\u0161iu \u00falohu. Tohtoro\u010dn\u00fd festival sa preto zameria na \u017eensk\u00fa energiu, aby uk\u00e1zal ich rozmanit\u00fd a in\u0161pirat\u00edvny vplyv na na\u0161u profesiu a svet chut\u00ed. V tejto s\u00favislosti s\u00fa tromi ambas\u00e1dorkami Zs\u00f3ka Fekete, ktor\u00e1 na vlastnej farme pestuje mangalicu, Gabriella Orm\u00f3s, ktor\u00fa fascinuje kv\u00e1sok, a Zsuzsanna \u00d6tv\u00f6s, doktorandka klasickej filol\u00f3gie, ktor\u00e1 sa stala gastroblogerkou a cukr\u00e1rkou.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako sme si u\u017e zvykli, na hlavnom p\u00f3diu v r\u00f4znych \u010dasov\u00fdch intervaloch predn\u00e1\u0161ali o svojich odborn\u00fdch oblastiach, ale boli tam aj <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.matusz-vad.hu\/sk\/surgital-teszta\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">nieko\u013eko semin\u00e1rov<\/a>, diskusia pri okr\u00fahlom stole a improvizovan\u00e9 gastronomick\u00e9 divadlo. Ich koncept zostal na l\u00ednii mal\u00fdch tanierov Bl\u00edzkeho v\u00fdchodu, s pridan\u00edm ve\u013emi kvalitn\u00e9ho koktailov\u00e9ho baru. Ako \u010derstv\u00fd debut nenechali prinesen\u00e9 jedl\u00e1 na n\u00e1hodu, preto pripravili aj 5 r\u00f4znych jed\u00e1l. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cV s\u00falade s t\u00e9mou sme sa sna\u017eili odzrkadli\u0165 \u017eensk\u00fa energiu v chutiach a farb\u00e1ch. Na\u0161e prv\u00e9 jedlo Signiture je hummus z kvalitn\u00e9ho tahini s varenou \u010dervenou repou a <a href=\"https:\/\/shop.matusz-vad.hu\/hu\/product\/mango_kocka_darta\/197678?s=mang%C3%B3\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">s mangom, <\/a>so sumachom a dom\u00e1cimi minipitami. Ich druh\u00fdm \u017eiv\u00fdm jedlom je ceviche z tuniaka, symbol svie\u017eosti a osvie\u017eenia, so sez\u00f3nnym posypom zo \u0161pargle, kalifornskej papriky a mesa\u010dn\u00fdch re\u010fkoviek marinovan\u00fdch v \u0161peci\u00e1lnom krvavom citr\u00f3ne. Re\u0161taur\u00e1cia s\u00eddli v starej autobusovej stanici postavenej v roku 1936 v \u0161t\u00fdle Bauhaus, tak\u017ee si ju ur\u010dite n\u00e1jdu milovn\u00edci architekt\u00fary. Ke\u010f\u017ee majite\u013e v tejto oblasti vyrastal a jeho sen o re\u0161taur\u00e1cii sa stal skuto\u010dnos\u0165ou, ka\u017ed\u00fd de\u0148 t\u00fdmto miestom doslova \u017eije a d\u00fdcha, a rovnako dobr\u00e1 je aj atmosf\u00e9ra. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je na to ve\u013emi hrd\u00fd, 95% ich host\u00ed je st\u00e1lych a ich menu sa men\u00ed ka\u017ed\u00fdch 10 a\u017e 15 dn\u00ed a obsahuje \u010derstv\u00e9 sez\u00f3nne jedl\u00e1, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa preva\u017ene ma\u010farskou klasikou v bistro preveden\u00ed. K tomuto v\u00fdznamn\u00e9mu t\u00edmu sa prid\u00e1va re\u0161taur\u00e1cia a bar Opium na ulici Arany J\u00e1nos, ktor\u00e1 evokuje chute Indo\u010d\u00edny. V tomto svetle je ich menu ovplyvnen\u00e9 franc\u00fazskou gastron\u00f3miou rovnako ako vietnamskou. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na festival pripravili najm\u00e4 grilovan\u00e9 jedl\u00e1, preto\u017ee ich silnou str\u00e1nkou je aj ponuka \u00e1 la carte. Ochutna\u0165 ste mohli aj sv\u00e4tojakubsk\u00e9 mu\u0161le, kraby, kalam\u00e1re a \u0161p\u00edzy. Popri nich sa pod\u00e1vali autentick\u00e9 jedl\u00e1 ako b\u00e1nh mi, hov\u00e4dzie m\u00e4so zabalen\u00e9 v m\u00e4tov\u00fdch listoch a ustrice s r\u00f4znymi pr\u00edlohami.
